Founded in 2009 by Pekka Kokko, his brother and two cousins, the construction company builds detached houses, terraced homes, residential buildings, commercial and office premises, halls, warehouses and care homes. It employs over 30 construction professionals and has its own site supervisors.
Turnkey projects are available, alongside wood-based ready construction, weather protection during building and material deliveries. Apartments from its own projects are sold and rented. Clients include private and public-sector organisations.
