The weekday lunch buffet is served in the Kastelli research centre building. It includes several hot dishes, always with a protein-rich vegetarian option, plus a salad table, freshly baked bread and a changing flavoured water. Lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan dishes are marked on the weekly menu.
Takeaway options include large and small lunch boxes and soup. Leftover food is sold by weight during the final 15 minutes. The catering operation, established in 1996, supplies meetings and events with tailored menus. The entrance, parking, toilet and some seating are wheelchair accessible.
