This long sandy beach by the sea in the Nallikari area has been awarded the Blue Flag for environmental responsibility and quality. The area has a holiday village with Aalto apartments, archipelago-style villas, cottages, tent sites and caravan pitches. Restaurants, equipment rental and guided activities run year-round, including Northern Lights tours and sea-ice ice fishing, biking and snowshoeing.
The Kuunari service building has public saunas for men and women, heated three to seven times a week depending on the season. A private sauna can be rented by families and groups on days without public sessions. The area has a four-car electric vehicle charging station. Parking, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
