This café and party hall offers rooms for meetings, events and celebrations. The building dates from 1907 and was the first rural-built Finnish Party house in Finland. The Civil Guard took it over in 1918 and added office, chief's residence and library spaces. The interior and facade were renovated in 2007 for the 100th anniversary.
The Spirraali art café and boutique on site sells wire-bent gifts made at Noora Rosberg's workshop. The café serves artisan pastries and coffee and is open Thursday to Sunday. The café and rental rooms, including a pop-up escape room, can be booked. The municipality has owned the building since 2023, after a foundation owned it from 2003. Seating, car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
