Changing exhibitions occupy the cultural centre's exhibition hall and gallery balcony. The foyer, exhibition space and balconies total 394 square metres, with around 70 running metres of wall space. The city culture department operates the venue.
Space can be hired for exhibitions lasting four to six weeks or for single-day sales exhibitions. Hire includes fittings, one technician for setup and dismantling, and normal cleaning. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
