Prescription medicines and self-care products can be collected from a car at the drive-in service point. The window is available to all customers, including those with limited mobility.
A relative's medicines can be collected with their Kela card or patient instructions, and electronic authorisation can be granted through Suomi.fi. A minor child's Kela card or patient instructions can be used to collect on their behalf. The pharmacy is in ICCO shopping centre near the K-Citymarket entrance, with accessible entry and parking.
