Businesses, communities and municipalities can obtain individual, group, team and managerial work supervision and workplace wellbeing services. Case supervision mainly serves health and social care staff, with professionally led debriefing after sudden crises.
Coaching also covers communication, conflict resolution and strategic wellbeing support. Team wellbeing events may take place on islands or boats. Group supervision can be held at the office or the client's premises, with confidentiality required of group members. The office has no wheelchair-accessible entrance, toilet or seating.
