The bakery starts baking before dawn each morning. Its range includes buns, doughnuts, savoury pastries, biscuits, sandwiches, loaf cakes and tarts. Bun varieties include butter-centred buns, cinnamon rolls, Shrove Tuesday buns and fruit pastries. Gluten-free products are also available.
Goods are sold through its own café-shops and selected regional retailers. Customers have use of an accessible entrance and wheelchair-accessible parking.
