Founded in 1987 by visual artists and film professionals, the association runs Galleria 3H+K. Opened in 1989 as a single-room gallery, it later expanded to three rooms. Its activities include contemporary art, performance and an annual art festival.
Exhibitions run year-round and change roughly every four to five weeks. International artists have also been featured. The association received the provincial art prize in 1990.
