The club teaches a Japanese sword-fighting discipline using inflatable swords and spears. Groups include children aged 4–8 with an adult, recreational participants without competitive goals and competitive athletes. A slower fitness fighting group focuses on technique rather than bouts.
Training is barefoot on tatami, with loose clothing recommended. Competition formats are technique, or kihon dosa, and fighting, or datotsu. Three trained coaches lead competitive training, while the wider team includes nutrition, physical training and mental coaching specialists. The club's own uniform is recommended as training progresses.
