Founded in 1938 by employees of W. Rosenlew & Co. Oy, the allotment association comprises 84 plots. Members grow flowers and vegetables and pursue gardening. They built the shared Keskusmaja meeting house in 1956.
The grounds host community activities, including fishing competitions held since 1977. Water mains and electricity were installed in the 1980s. The area was fenced in 1990 and has two access roads. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
