This gym belongs to the Finnish budget chain EasyFit and, according to its website, is open daily from 4 to 24. It is equipped with EGYM machines and EGYM booking, a functional training area with dumbbells, sled, rack and free weights, and a cardio area with treadmills and exercise bikes. A low-temperature room (40–50 °C) holds an infrared sauna. It is an official HYROX Training Club, with HYROX sessions and bookings.
Virtual group classes and an online workout library are offered, along with personal training, fitness testing and nutrition programmes, also remotely. New members get a free EasyStart session with equipment guidance. Changing rooms have showers and lockers with electronic locks, and entry is by digital key. Customer service is staffed at set hours. The car park and entrance are not wheelchair accessible.
