Family day care takes place in the childminder's home in a group of up to four children. Children have one familiar carer, home-cooked food, daily outdoor time and activity in nature. Childminders have training and pedagogical competence, with municipal supervision.
Applications are submitted through an online form. Families can visit the childminder's home before care begins. A gradual start can be arranged, with a parent present during the first days.
