Neapolitan-style pizza is baked in an oven above 450 degrees. The dough is leavened for 48 hours before baking, and the pizzas use Italian 00 flour, Neapolitan tomato and fresh cow's-milk mozzarella. The short, single-page menu has classic Neapolitan pizzas and house specials. The restaurant belongs to the Finnish pizzeria chain Sotto, whose first restaurant opened in Turku in 2023.
You can eat in, take away or order home delivery in the surrounding area through the online shop. Group orders for offices and parties are available, with a minimum of 10 pizzas. No booking is required, there is no dress code and no app is needed to order. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but the toilet is not.
