The East Uusimaa wellbeing services county provides mental health and substance use services for children, young people and adults. Adult services are for those over 22; Zemppi supports under-22s and their parents. Experts by experience offer peer support.
Adults can seek help without a referral. Vinkki provides low-threshold health advice and clean injecting equipment for people who use drugs. Services also cover supported housing for working-age people in recovery and adult social work in difficult life situations. A toilet is available at the premises.
