Digital support is provided mainly in clients' homes for older people and others needing help. Services include guidance with computers, phones and televisions, software installation, modem and mobile broadband setup, and TV channel tuning. Equipment needing more extensive repairs can be taken away and returned repaired or updated.
Help is also offered with banking, Kela and public-authority matters, passport and driving licence renewals, and bill payments, including regular home visits. VHS tapes can be collected for digitisation. Other services include help choosing mobile subscriptions, fitting SIM cards and creating Tori.fi adverts, alongside sales of computer accessories and cables.
