Digital support and help with official online services are offered to seniors and others, mainly in the client's home. Assistance covers computers, phones and TVs, software installation, banking, Kela and other public services, setting up online banking access and paying bills.
The service covers the Turku economic area. Equipment can be taken away for larger repairs and returned fixed or updated. VHS tapes are collected for digitisation. Other help includes installing modems, mobile broadband and TV channels, choosing mobile subscriptions, fitting SIM cards and creating Tori.fi classified ads. Computer accessories and cables are sold, and regular monthly visits can be arranged.
