Services include supervision for individuals, groups, work teams and managers, workplace mediation and solution-focused brief therapy. Founder Fia Heino holds a master's degree in health sciences and qualifications in nursing and public health nursing, with a long career in education and leadership. Her training covers supervision, leadership coaching and brief therapy.
Sessions take place at the practice, at the client's workplace or remotely. The main service area is Satakunta, with work in Southwest Finland and Pirkanmaa by agreement. The practitioner belongs to the Finnish supervisors' association STOry and is approved by Johdon työnohjaajat ry.
