The museum site belongs to a municipally run group of museums. Other sites include the town hall, a pottery workshop, Sepän torppa and Kirsti. The collections also grow through donations from the public.
The museum offers guided tours and private group tours. This site's entrance and car park are not wheelchair accessible.
