This boutique hotel offers suites rather than standard hotel rooms. Each has a private sauna, Lappish or Nordic-inspired interior design and a fully equipped kitchen, suiting families and larger groups. The Family Deluxe suite has its own sauna and balcony. Northern Lights tours, snowmobile safaris, husky and reindeer tours, ice karting and icebreaker cruises can be booked, with pick-up and drop-off for its own activities. All-inclusive packages are offered for families, couples and adventure travellers, and gift cards for stays are sold.
The team speaks over ten languages combined. The hotel reuses linens and sorts waste. Breakfast, a restaurant, airport transfer, parking and free Wi-Fi are available, and the building is non-smoking. There is no pool or gym.
