The summer university offers vocational continuing education for various fields as well as open university studies. It also runs commissioned training for companies and organisations, tailored to the customer's needs and wishes. Courses include creative writing and training for ski instructors and alpine skiing instructors.
Hobby and wellbeing courses run throughout the year and are mostly open to everyone. Teaching takes place online, in the classroom or as a hybrid. The Työyhteisö+ project serves public and third-sector work communities, and some courses are organised together with other summer universities, such as Hämeen kesäyliopisto.
