The company was founded in 2001 to serve entrepreneurs in need of development. Its services fall into three areas: working life services, therapy services and training services, including work supervision, coaching, training, short-term therapy and workplace mediation.
It is run by entrepreneur, therapist, work supervisor and business coach Paula Kähkönen with a team. The approach is dialogue-based and solution-focused, and the pace is adapted to the client's rhythm. Clients are served in Lapland and remotely across Finland.
