This bakery and café in the town centre serves cakes, pastries, buns and savoury items with coffee. The family business was founded in 1984, and owner Satu Antinkaapo has run it since 2015. Products are baked in-house from fresh ingredients using butter and cream, and many contain local Lapland berries such as lingonberry, bilberry and cloudberry jam.
The savoury range includes sandwich cakes, Karelian pies, croissants and filled rolls, and there are vegan and vegetarian options as well as gluten-free products, which may contain wheat. Cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered to customer requests, and orders are delivered within about 15 km of the café. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
