Founded in 2000, the peer support association works with families of children with special needs across Lapland, regardless of diagnosis, municipality or organisation. Activities in 15 municipalities include groups for children, young people and parents, plus family events, training, outings and hobbies.
Most activities are open to all. Members also have dedicated events such as skiing, circus and spa days. Much of the work is carried out by volunteers, alongside paid staff.
