Founded in 1927, the sports club has sections for cross-country skiing, orienteering, biathlon, ski jumping and Nordic combined. Activities range from beginner ski school through youth competition groups to elite sport. The club also organises winter competitions and youth orienteering events.
Orienteering schools cater for children and adults. There is a shooting range at Toramo. The club runs Punainen tupa, the Red Cabin, a former exhibition pavilion where the first competitions' roll call took place.
