In Ruovesi, a traditional bookshop is the heart of a house that also holds an antiquarian bookshop, a gallery, a café and an online shop. The general publisher Vinhan kustantamo, founded in 2025, is part of the business too. Upstairs are four guest rooms: Salonki, the largest, sleeps one to four, Kammari has its own balcony overlooking the garden and Lake Näsijärvi, and pets are welcome in Kulmakammari.
In summer the rooms host travellers and in winter artists in residence, and each room is booked through its own page. A visit usually takes from 20 minutes to an hour and a half. The entrance and parking are accessible, parking is free, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
