Owned by forest owners, the association provides forestry and timber sales services. Its association network offers competitive bidding among timber buyers, forest regeneration, sapling stand care, fertilisation and forest roads. Advice also covers environmental support, forest certification and peatland forest management.
Forest owners can use tax reporting, forest planning, valuation and succession planning services. Members have access to OmaMetsä, a digital forest service. Local forestry professionals bring knowledge of regional forests and timber markets.
