The youth association organises clubs, camps, trips and courses based on learning by doing. It offers club-leader training and enterprise training for people aged 13–28 who want to start a 4H business. The enterprise course can earn one study credit through the Sivis Study Centre.
Membership applications are online, with WhatsApp groups also used for communication. The association additionally handles rental services and market-stall reservations. Youth enterprise is supported through a national competition and the Yrityspodi podcast.
