A contemporary art gallery and design office occupy a wooden villa built in 1890. Johan Jacob Ahrenberg designed it for guests of the Olavin Kylpylä spa. Past residents and people who worked here include Aino Ackté and Mika Waltari. Visual artist Tuomo Kukkonen and interior designer Christian Irjala run the venue.
Exhibitions take place throughout the year, changing roughly monthly and presenting different techniques by professional artists from Finland and abroad. The building's entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
