This independent building owner's representative was founded in 1999. Services include building owner representation, site supervision, energy and environmental consulting and project management. Over 200 experts work on building, industrial and infrastructure projects across Finland, and besides the head office in Vantaa there are offices in ten cities.
The firm has no ownership or financial ties to design or contractor organisations. Clients include public bodies, hospital districts, municipalities and private companies. It is a member of SKOL ry, RAKLI, Rakennuttajatoimistojen Liitto RTL ry and Green Building Council Finland.
