The association provides education and research in South Ostrobothnia. Its three units are the Summer University, the research cooperation network Epanet and the association itself. The Summer University offers continuing and adult education, including health and social care and professional training.
The website publishes news and a blog on education, research, regional food and working life. It is located in Frami, and the entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
