Operated by the municipally owned Seipark Oy, the parking area permits parking only in marked bays. Major arena events may close the area or transfer it to the event organiser.
Payment is available through mobile apps or by coins and cards at two machines. Frami staff permits are handled by Seipark customer service. The entrance and parking are accessible.
