Beneath the market square, this car park has around 220 spaces on one level and a vehicle height limit of 210 cm. Two Type 2 electric vehicle charging points provide up to 22 kW. It is operated by the city-owned Seipark Oy.
Barriers open through number plate recognition. Pay by card at a payment machine or with the Moovy app, which also offers monthly contracts. Contract users have round-the-clock access. Accessible spaces are near the walkways, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Intercoms at barriers and entrances connect to customer service at any time.
