A community meeting place and job coaching centre run by Toimintojentaloyhdistys ry together with the city. It began in 1998 as a village-hall style community house in the Kasperi residential area, in a former commercial building. The café serves home-style lunches on weekdays, with a lunch card and takeaway orders available, and also holds a second-hand market and an art exhibition space.
Free digital help is offered for computers, smart devices and digital cameras. The TOIMIVI service gives free support with everyday tasks to informal carers and people over 65 living at home. Meeting, party and event spaces can be hired, up to the whole building, along with tableware and equipment. There is a programme of events and clubs shaped by participants' wishes, and membership is open through the association. The premises are wheelchair accessible.
