This is a local association of the Finnish Hard of Hearing Association (Kuuloliitto), covering 13 municipalities in South Ostrobothnia. It organises hearing clubs in the region for people with hearing loss. Hearing aid adjustments and repairs are handled by the Kuulostudio in the town centre, and hearing aid services and products are also available on a self-paid basis from Kuulopiste.
Meetings and club activities are held at the Etelä-Pohjanmaa business centre, which has a lift and good parking. The association's pages cover hearing loss, tinnitus, noise, studying and working with hearing loss, sign language interpreting and social security.
