This association brings together professional visual artists from South Ostrobothnia and supports their work and visibility. Members are offered exhibition spaces, events, networking and professional development. The association organises exhibitions and other art events with both member artists and outside artists, works with other cultural actors and takes part in local projects.
The association's activities include Parsi Taidelainaamo, an art lending library. Parsi took part in the Art Fair Suomi Goes Galleries festival in June 2023. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
