This local Leader group supports rural business and community development. Funding covers businesses, projects and environmental and climate work. It also runs the Kainuu village activity programme and Kalaleader fisheries programme.
Applicants should contact staff before applying. Applications go through Hyrrä and must be pending before project activities begin. Project advice is available by appointment in member municipalities. Associations, businesses and individuals can become members.
