Pasi Kastarinen, who has worked as a physiotherapist for more than 30 years, runs this Tampere practice. Its foot clinic makes custom insoles shaped with the ankle in a neutral position, with optional padding and wedges and several stiffness levels. Cryonic cold therapy with a CO2 spray is also offered, targeted with a CryoScreen thermal camera.
Appointments are made by phone or email, and booking ahead is recommended. No referral is needed, but with a doctor's referral for a lower-limb examination, Kela (Finnish social insurance) may reimburse the examination and treatment. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and cards are accepted.
