Massage options include classic, sports, trigger-point, Indian head and hot stone massage. Whole-body reflexology, guided Asahi movement and EFT tapping are also offered. The founder is a qualified massage therapist, reflexologist and Asahi instructor, having previously qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 2000.
Add-ons include Nada ear acupuncture, cupping massage and scar treatment. Workshops, lectures and body-based motivation and strengths testing can be arranged on request. Appointments can be booked through the website.
