This Tampere bakery has operated at the same site since 1988, and Ahti and Paula Välimaa took over in 2001. It makes around 150 products: coffee pastries, confectionery, meat and ham pies, doughnuts, layer cakes, white breads and buns, and dark loaves such as potato and buttermilk bread. It also supplies workplace canteens, grills and petrol stations.
In the shop you can have coffee or breakfast, ordering at the counter. Savoury and sweet platters for parties can be ordered by phone or email. Tables cannot be reserved, cards and mobile payments are accepted, and there is free parking on site.
