This Tampere foundation rents out various types of homes to students, and its housing office serves applicants and residents. Its website lists homes available at short notice, upcoming student housing and estimated waiting times. It also runs resident activities and rents out parking spaces and commercial premises.
Applications are made through an online form, and residents handle their tenancy matters in a dedicated online service. The housing office has a step-free entrance and accessible parking.
