The company rents out flats and offers right-of-occupancy (ASO) homes in the Tampere and Turku regions, and also sells owner-occupied homes. Its Tampere office is in the STS building.
Office visits are by appointment only. Leases come without a 12-month minimum commitment, and pets are welcome in the flats. Tenants are selected within income limits, and some state-subsidised ARA rentals also have a wealth limit. Residents manage their tenancy through an online portal, and the website is in Finnish and English.
