This Tampere second-hand shop works as a rack-rental flea market for used clothes, bags, shoes and accessories. Sellers rent a rack and bring their own items, and the shop takes care of the till, price tags and sales. Items must be seasonal, clean and in good condition; underwear, cosmetics and ultra-fast fashion are not accepted.
Racks hold about 45, 65 or 90 items and are booked online with no advance payment, as the rent is deducted from sales. Sellers price their items in the Kirppari-Kalle portal and follow sales in real time in an app. Items are dropped off in the last opening hours before a sales period or on its first day, and sellers are paid within five working days after it ends.
