The work ability consultancy provides situation analyses, development projects, training and management and HR coaching. Its occupational healthcare tendering work began in 2010, with limited company operations starting in 2019.
Services include redesigning occupational healthcare cooperation, work ability coordination, case management, service guidance and employee wellbeing support. A team of ten experts is supplemented by project partners. It works with Aon Finland and Rastor Institute.
