The school trains barbers and hairdressers through blended learning, with online options and a combined barber, hairdresser and make-up artist programme. Courses prepare students for the vocational qualification in hair and beauty care, assessed with a partner vocational institution. Practice includes supervised clients in the training salon and a two- to three-week external placement.
Applications are continuous, with selection by personal interview. Materials include the school's Finnish and English textbooks and teaching videos; students buy their own tools. Courses qualify for Kela student aid and loans. Instructors check student work in the training salon. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
