Cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers and rowing machines, and for strength there are machines for all major muscle groups and free weights from kettlebells to barbells. There is also a stretching area and a women's gym within the gym. The chain also has gyms in Sweden, Norway, Colombia and Thailand.
Membership is handled online, and the chain's app works as your entry key right after joining. When the shopping centre is closed, members use the night entrance. Bring your own padlock for the lockers; Wi-Fi is available. A workout usually takes one to two hours, and the entrance is step-free.
