This Tampere gym is on floor -1 of the Liike shopping centre and belongs to a fitness chain with gyms in many Finnish cities. Eight trainers work here and offer personal coaching, and there are group training programmes and online classes too.
Members can train every day, and trial visits are available on weekdays. Memberships, single visits and gift cards can be bought on the website, which is in Finnish, English and Swedish. Parking is free, but the shopping centre's car park is open only during centre hours, so collect your car before it closes.
