This 700 m² gym in Tampere is open around the clock, every day of the year. The equipment is by Matrix and Gym80, with cardio machines, free weights and a functional training area, and the relaxation area has massage chairs, a Neurosonic lounger, a Niqama chair and a Power Plate. Membership numbers are capped, and personal trainers are available.
There is no reception: memberships are started, paused and ended online. Members aged 12–14 train with a guardian, and from 15 on their own. There are showers and a toilet, and parking is free both on the street and in the car park. People usually spend one to two hours here.
