This Tampere optician belongs to a chain that also has stores in the Duo and Ratina shopping centres. An eye test checks visual acuity, refraction and eye pressure and takes about 30 minutes, including going through the results and choosing frames. Eye doctor appointments are offered together with Mehiläinen.
The range includes frames, sunglasses, sports glasses, contact lenses and accessories, and glasses can be repaired here. You can buy glasses outright or through a subscription with a fixed monthly fee. Eye tests are booked online, eye doctor visits separately through Mehiläinen. The shop is wheelchair accessible, and the Koskipuisto tram and bus stop is right next door.
