The private family day-care group has four children aged one to five and one consistent adult, a qualified kindergarten teacher with a master's degree in education. Days include shared meals, outdoor play, stories and rest. Separate premises have areas for play, meals, crafts and naps.
The city supervises the service. The space is on the ground floor of an apartment building, with short-stay parking nearby. Outings go to a fenced playground and the Vaakkolampi nature area. Kela private day-care support, an income-based supplement and a municipal supplement can be used subject to eligibility.
